Facebook, Finally!

I can’t believe I finally did it, people. I finally created a Facebook page for CailaMade! Let the bells toll!

This Facebook page has been on my to-do list so long the ink is starting to fade. I don’t know why it took me so long, because setting it up only took a few minutes. There hasn’t been much free time for uploading pictures or whatnot, so the page is still its beginning stages. I predict a lot of future awesomeness, however!

Head on over and take a look. “Like” the page for status updates, cool sewing pictures, updates on the blog, and whatever else is going on in our little world. Whether I’m sewing, crafting, drafting patterns, or having my toenails painted in the Salon De Abby, things are never boring around here.

Yes, she and I painted each other’s toenails the other night. She was so sweet, and so excited to actually be painting mommy’s toes, I just couldn’t stop her! She was meticulous and… thorough. I have bluish toes now, but wouldn’t take it back for the world.

And yes, I used a good amount of the nail polish remover pictured above! Gotta take these chances when you get them. Someday she won’t be around to do these things and I’ll wish for blue toes.

This post took a random turn, but what I really wanted to say is, Yay! CailaMade has a Facebook page! I’d love to see you there.

this is fantastic! I love that you let her actually paint your toes! The question is- How long did it take to clean them up? Or maybe – How many cotton balls?

Haha, thank you Heather! It was an adventure, for sure! I ran my toes under the water for a few minutes and scrubbed them with soap. Then I covered them with nail polish remover and rub, rub, rubbed. I put socks on so Abby wouldn’t notice later, haha! :)
